30 Days Collagen Complete Challenge with Healthy Options

Hiya! I'm back with another exciting challenge for everyone to try!

I've recently partnered with Healthy Options to do a 30 Days Collagen Complete Challenge and I have already completed the first week! Yay! So, I'm here to give a weekly update of my progress as well as give you other information that can help you learn more about this product.

Current health & skin condition on my 1st week:
I was sick with fever, flu, cough and was taking other medicines as well.
I had a few pimples

1st week experience (Sept 12 - Sept 19, 2019)

I am taking 1 capsule everyday when I woke up in the morning, after 30 minutes I will eat breakfast or skip breakfast. I don't really like eating breakfast because most of the time I do my morning exercise and water would suffice. Some day, I eat cereals or oatmeals.

One thing I noticed after a week of taking one capsule daily in the morning is that my skin is more plumped than before. I do still have dry patches, especially over those areas that I get eczema on but other areas are looking really plumped and soft. 

Other than this, I didn't notice anything major yet. So, this week I'll be starting to take 2 capsules daily in the morning. The ideal capsule intake is 1 - 3 capsules daily when you're hungry and then you can eat after 30 minutes.

Current health & skin condition after my 1st week:
Skin is looking more plump, my pimples are also gone.

2nd week experience (Sept 20 - Sept 26, 2019)

I'm taking 2 capsules every morning before breakfast. or sometimes I don't really eat breakfast because surprisingly, the collagen makes me feel really full.

New things I noticed is that my hair fall definitely lessened this week. There's less fallen hair on my pillow whenever I wake up the next time, and on my hair brush as well.

It kept my skin really supple and hydrated. I actually stopped using moisturiser as part of my night tie skin care routine because I just felt like my skin is already hydrated enough.

3rd week experience (Sept 27 - October 5, 2019)

I'm still taking 2 capsules daily before breakfast. The fullness that I've been feeling is real. I don't get hungry as much and it will take me an hour or past 12pm before I get hungry again so for me, it helps with my clean eating and dieting.

My skin is super plump. The cold season is already here and usually around this time of the year my skin would be really dry and my eczema would flare up but so far so good. I stopped putting on heavy moisturizer on my face. But I still use serums.

Hairfall completely is less and less everyday. I only noticed them when I brush my tangled hair unlike before where there's hairfall whenever I shower or wake up in the morning.

Health wise, I don't really feel anything special or noticed anything drastic but it did improved my overall complexion. I don't go out putting on make-up for this month, I just use sunscreen.
