Crochet Braids are back and here's where you can get one

January 30, 2018

This is a sponsored post. All opinions are mine.

I remember back in High school, braids are a thing. It’s a fashion statement and a trend. Every girl in the campus has her hair or a part of her hair braided. I don't have a photo but I had the sides of my hair braided by our helper and I used to put butterfly clip on them.

I honestly enjoyed that phase of my life where you can just be whoever you want to be and you could care less what you do with your look.

Though it was a trend gone too soon in the Philippines, I believe that it's still popular in the US and it needs to make a comeback here as well!

Now, there are all types and kinds of braids but I'm all for Crochet Braids. I'm not a good braider so crochet braids are the way to go. There’s an abundance of choices in crochet braid styles today, from Wavy Faux Locs and Goddess Locs to Water Waves to all different kinds of Box Braids. Similar to hair extensions, if installed properly, no one will ever know!

Crochet braids is loose braiding hair that you crochet into your own hair using a crochet needle.  In order to install crochet hair, you’ll first need to cornrow braid your own hair.  If your own hair is a bit thin, many people will use Kanekalon braiding hair to thicken up the cornrow braids.

Cool right! I would want to wear the Janet Collection Braids if I can. *Wink

If these braids interested you enough to try them for yourself, head on to Divatress.com and check out their full range of braids that will surely fit your personality. I believe Divatress is a reputable brand that offers great range of wigs and hair products. It won't disappoint!
